Affordable housing is such an interesting but surprisingly complicated topic, and the video you selected did a fantastic job of explaining it in simple, understandable terms. I agree with your second point – this resource packs a lot of info into a short time. But, as you mentioned, it does provides a perfect starting point for teacher and class discussions around different concepts that can be pulled from the video. This is such a hot topic, making it a great one to discuss and hear varying opinions on, and for that reason I really like your activity and method of feedback.
